Having dealt with agents during my previous experiences with property. I have found Clare to be honest, down to earth and very approachable. For this same property I got quotes from other agents who were arrogant and more keen on advertising for a little less to get a quick sale. This was not the case with Clare, she was honest and even explained that we could get a better price then I was expecting. I didn't feel that I was just a number to her.
