Clare helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent Communication Throughout

From my initial enquiry through to final settlement Claire was a quick and open communicator. I was impressed at her speed in getting my property to market; meeting me at the property for an honest appraisal on the day of my enquiry, organising for staging and photos and getting the property to market within couple of weeks. Throughout the process Clare was an excellent communicator, updating me on every home open. I would have no hesitation using Clare and the team at Yard as my real estate agent again or recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property.
