Claude was easy to work with and very friendly, he was always able to work around my availability, was very efficient with getting documents etc to me and had a good knowledge of the market. This was my first purchase and he made the anticipated (daunting) process smooth and easy with no complications.

I have dealt with Claude as both a buyer and then most recently a seller. Hands down, the best agent that I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Claude was very open and honest with his communication whilst taking into account my expectations. After following his advice my property sold at a great price in the first week of home open. If your looking for an agent who is upfront, friendly and professional don’t hesitate to get in touch with Claude. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended!

We sought out Claude to sell our property for us because of our experience of his professionalism in selling the same property to us some years ago. He knows his stuff. Claude was, throughout, approachable, responsive, friendly and professional. With the preparation he advised (and Claude went out of his way to make the small things - and the large things - happen and all line up in time), Claude was able to secure an offer above our expectations within a week of going on the market. I have no hesitation in recommending Claude.

I am living overseas which added so much complexity to getting my house ready for sale. I spoke to a lot of agents when I was thinking of selling, but no one was more diligent in following up than Claude. Then once I decided to sell Claude was there 100% to help get my house ready for sale. The massive time difference was not an issue - Claude was always available. Once the house was on the market he gave me regular and detailed updates. His assessment on the market was spot on and he set realistic expectations both in terms of the price and timeframes. He is a true professional with deep understanding of his market. I highly recommend him as I have experienced firsthand how he will go the extra mile for you!

Claude was organised and professional. His feedback and advice was helpful and we believe we achieved a great result.

During my property purchase Claude provided good background information that enabled me to make informed decisions throughout the process. Claude offered additional opportunities for property viewings and responded to emails and calls well. Thanks Claude, I'm ecstatic to be in my new property!

Claude was a pleasure to work with.He had a plan which achieved a result quicker and above expectations

My partner and I recently purchased a property through Claude. The experience was very positive, with Claude being knowledgeable and professional at all times. We would definitely recommend him to anyone selling or buying a property.

Claude is proactive in providing information and responds to queries quickly. We felt we were in good hands and are delighted with our purchase.

Claude was totally professional, knowledgeable of the area and the market. He was courteous at all times and was extremely helpful with marketing ideas. Claude always kept us fully informed and achieved a great result for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Claude to anyone regarding the sale of their property.

When I first spoke to Claude, he and his colleague helped me to deal with my last tenant issue. At that time we never met and he didn’t know me at all. After I met him, he showed the profound understanding of the market and the steps to prepare the property for the market. He kept me well informed during the whole process, so I understood what he has done and what’s next. I am happy I found the right person to sell my property. I will recommend Claude to anyone who wants to sell their property in Perth.

Claude secured a very quick, stress-free sale for us. Can't rate him highly enough!
