Having lived in Northbridge for close to 20 years and encountered Claude over that period I knew that Claude was both a successful real estate agent and that he had solid experience of the property market in the area. He is pleasant to deal with, his advice was good and the negotiation process was quick and relatively easy. He is obviously very busy and at times was hard to get hold of and there was occasional lack of follow through. Those are very minor grumbles though, I would be very happy to deal with Claude again.
