We just bought our second trough Claude we had a really good experience. He has been very helpful and was always easy to contact. The whole process was very smooth. We Highly recommend Edison Property for their expertise , quality and professionalism.

Having lived in Northbridge for close to 20 years and encountered Claude over that period I knew that Claude was both a successful real estate agent and that he had solid experience of the property market in the area. These are the characteristics of an agent I looked for when it came time for me to sell. I wasn't disappointed.

We had a great experience purchasing our property from Claude Iaconi. Claude had great local knowledge about the building and communicated with us frequently, directly and clearly throughout the process. We were working to a timeline and felt that Claude was committed to ensuring our offer was accepted. We would definitely use Claude's services again for buying or selling and recommend him highly.

Claude was clear about the state of the property and we knew what we were buying despite having to buy from Victoria. He is pleasant to deal with, his advice was good and the negotiation process was quick and relatively easy. He is obviously very busy and at times was hard to get hold of and there was occasional lack of follow through. Those are very minor grumbles though, I would be very happy to deal with Claude again. Thanks so much Claude! Steve

Claude's experience in the Northbridge/ Perth area was invaluable. Great understanding of the market coupled a sound marketing strategy resulted in a seamless sale experience.

Claude has exceptional market experience and knowledge of the inner suburbs. Claude kept the communication channel open so we knew where we were during the entire process. He has a high level of professionalism which relaxed us and made us feel confident that we were in goods hands. One of the best things we like about Claude was that he was always thinking outside the norm to attract the right buyer profile and increase our market spread considering the type of property we were selling.

Claude provided very knowledgeable and personable service in the sale of our West Perth townhouse. He was a tremendous help guiding us through the marketing and sale process and managed to secure a great price above our expectations. Thanks Claude!

Claude was by a mile the best agent we had appraise our property. He was willing to not just market the house at 10% above the existing market value but truly believed the property could get that price. He went out of his way to make sure the house was presented by always ensuring his availability to allow contractors in and is meticulous with communication. I would use him everytime moving foward

Claude was great and friendly as well as reliable

Claude made acquiring my first property a seamless and enjoyable process; a very personable and professional agent who I would highly recommend!

Claude sold my property at auction on 3 July 2021. I followed his expert advice to the letter and got a great result. He's a hard worker who gets great results.
