Claude was extremely helpful in the process of buying our first home. He attended to all of our queries and concerns very promptly and was very insightful with his knowledge in the area of residential real estate. I would highly recommend Claude and Edison Properties to anyone looking to purchase a house in the future!

Claude combines an objective professional manner with a positive optimistic personality in his interactions with both vendors and purchasers. His ability to listen to his client's opinions helps to achieve a mutually satisfactory outcome. The depth of his knowledge of the area having lived and worked within the community for many years assisted with the sale of our heritage listed property.

Claude has a great deal of market knowledge & experience as well as a pragmatic approach. It was a stress free sale - after I signed the Listing Authority he drove the whole process including liaison with the tenant & managing agent. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with Claude. He has a high caliber of professionalism, is very approachable and was very open and honest when it came to making a deal. Would get him to do my next sale after he managed to sell the property I just bought within 5 days of release to the market!

We’ve bought and sold properties over a 20 year period and in that time have met a lot of agents. Claude shines above them all. As a buyer we were treated extremely well. Claude was flexible, accommodating, diligent and responsive. His mastery of selling was clear. If we ever need to sell this house, Claude will be our first port of call.

Claude made selling easy and stress free. Also he was able to negotiate an excellent outcome for me.

Claude was highly recommended to us from some of his previous clients. He was very open and honest with us through the whole process and kept us informed through the home opens. His marketing campaign and social media presence helped to sell our house in one weekend with six offers! It was a pleasure to work with Claude and would highly recommend him.

Awesome! Very helpful! Highly recommended by us Both!

Claude certainly knew the local market. Didn’t put any pressure on me. Helpful and friendly. Would prob use him if selling.

Claude is an absolute professional. He demonstarted that he has a duty and resposibility to the vendor and nevertheless he looked after us as a buyer. We were 20.000kmaway from the prperty when we purchased and we relied completely on Claude's knowledge and honesty. The property inspection report from an independant party underlined Claude's honestay and knowledge. We were extremely happy with his after sales service as the distance and covid issues slowed us down at settlement. We would highly recommend him. He is one ofthe best real estate agents that we have met.

Claude was great to deal with he was transparent with his communication and always responded in a timely manner. Purchase of my property happened quickly without any issues

We chose to deal with Claude due to his professionalism and knowledge. We were not disappointed. Claude gave us a very honest assessment of potential sale price and what we needed to do with the property to ensure we were able to sell at the best possible price (top end to above initial valuation). His years of experience proved to be 100% correct. We followed his advice and sold our property within 48 hours of being on the market. Not even a home open. We highly recommend Claude and would definitely engage him again to sell other properties.
