We found Claude to be very good to deal with as sellers. He was honest and upfront with his assessment of the property and price, and we felt he worked hard for us. In a tough market, we couldn’t fault Claude’s efforts to keep us up to date with how the property sale was progressing. We were most impressed he even returned the portion of the marketing deposit that wasn’t required in selling the property. It’s worth noting, the “below my expectations” box is a reflection of our original expectations of a price - not my thoughts on Claude or his work.
