Beach Bum is Won Over by the City

Claude was an absolute delight to work with :) He made me feel so at ease and I have complete faith in him. I knew he was going to do the right thing by both myself and the seller, his ethics are fantastic! Thank you Claude for enlightening me to this area- never thought I would leave where I was previously but I absolutely fell in love. Your local knowledge really makes a big difference :)! Thank you so much!
