How to best put a deal together. Transparency allowed me to trust the agent even though he was working for his seller. Ultimately feeling reassured enough to move forward. 3. Honesty. Again with the last two points, Claudio didn't hide behind smoke and mirrors. The man has enough courage to face challenges and our requests head-on rather than avoiding conflict all whilst providing clear and concise feedback.
