Clayton came very approachable when setting up the sale of the property. However, he lost touch soon after. I had to chase him to know what was going on and also had to settle a disagreement between him and my tenant especially when scheduling the photo shoot of the property. After that, updates didn't come seamlessly, I had to continually chase him for any updates. The other staff in the office were helpful and handy. Overall, Cutcliffe handled the sale of my property well and within my expected sale price but Clayton needs too improve on his communication skills.
