I am very happy to know and to have had the opportunity to work with and learn from Clint during (and indeed, after) his having managed the sale of my home. November, December 2015 and January 2016 were the months Clint acted for me. In November my brother was very severely injured in a motorbike accident. In December my six day old granddaughter contracted meningitis (mercifully she has recovered very well) and in January I myself was unwell. Clint stood back and allowed me to deal with all of these issues along with the task of moving house after thirty-five years. He calmly handled his part of the contract while making sure that I kept pace with the steps I needed to take in the sale without placing me under any unnecessary pressure. Clint completed our reluctant sale in a very short time frame. Clint followed up and kept us informed regularly. We were very insistant on our price and Clint came through eventually with our demands. It was however very disappointing that I had to ask Clint to follow up on the tardiness of his office with the payment of the balance of buyer deposit. I would have expected that this would have been completed without undue delay. To Clints credit however, he followed up on my request and achieved immediate action. As our property was also rented with the same agency, Clind also needed to closely liase with the property manager. This was achieved to our satisfaction, with the property manager, Amy acting with the utmost professionalism. Thanks.
