After watching a promo for the property, we were eager to see it in person. We hadn't been looking at that time but thought it would be a good idea. After contacting Clint on the first go he was friendly and very accommodating in showing us the property. He was very knowledgeable on the house and all questions we had were answered without hesitation. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable with him. We had a request to see the property a few times without much notice, but he was able to get us in quickly without any fuss. All the negotiations went smoothly and the contract was clearly explained with all the next steps in the process done without issue. I would highly recommend this fine specimen of a man for either Buying or Selling your home.
