Did not appreciate Clint's negotiation skills, scare tactics in not succeeding to go contract because offer was "not good enough", did not appreciate the scare into not being able to include a clause of due diligence into the contract as it may be seen unfavourably by the vendor. Did not appreciate Clint's communication at all.
