Having done our research on the type of property we thought most suitable and a budget, we were fairly specific in our request to him. He showed us several properties similar to our specification. Again, his knowledge of the local market was very impressive and helpful. He found a property that ticked all our boxes regarding, area, type, budget etc. We decide to proceed and put in an offer that was accepted. We are delighted with our purchase and would recommend Clint as an agent for his professionalism, market knowledge and just a thoroughly nice, straightforward person to deal with.
