Both Clint Smith and Shannon Orr at Powe Property were great during the purchase of a townhouse in Sunrise Beach - they were knowledgeable about the area, easily contactable, and happy to show us through the property at nearly a moment's notice. They quickly attended to the things we had questions about, and expedited the sale once we were keen to buy. We are not surprised to see a number of Powe "SOLD" signs throughout the neighbourhood!

Clint was able to understand our needs; pricing and timing, therefore was compatible, avoiding conflict. Overall the sale went according to plan.

Living in Victoria and buying on the Sunshine Coast has some logistical hurdles, Clint was able to keep these at a minimum. We had several properties lined up, two with Clint and several others with different agents. Of the three agents Clint was the most responsive, flexible with time (flew in and out in one day to inspect four properties). Negotiation over the phone and email presented no problem, bulding & pets report, minor rectification etc were all easily arranged, everything up to settlement were no issues or concern. Clint will be our first port of call when we buy our next property's in the region.
