Clinton was the only agent that we spoke to who guided us on how to present the property in its best light. Using his advice we spent the extra 5 weeks renovating some small key areas to really make the place pop. I have no doubt that for our small investment we got great returns. His attention to detail and really solid market insight and buyer psychology helped us present our home to its fullest potential and the sale price really showed that.
