Clinton was always courteous and professional. It was an anxious time for us and I sometimes felt frustrated that I couldn't reach him but he always called back by the end of the day, as his voicemail assured me he would. When it came to the final crunch with submitting our offers, there was an unexpected glitch when the vendor changed their mind but Clinton put in a lot of time and effort to get a good result for the vendor and ourselves. We appreciated his efforts and integrity. Following the sale, the Eastell staff were very helpful.

Recently purchased a property through Clinton - EASTELL and Co. Working away with long hours, Clinton worked in with us, and our schedule, phone conversations out of business hours with limited reception whilst working remotely. Property purchased via media walkthroughs, with not being able to attend the property. This is not the way we figured we would normally purchase a property, but Clinton gave us confidence and thorough information about the property, giving us confidence to purchase with out physically viewing the property. I would not hesitate after now inspecting the property, to do the same in the future, Clinton communicated clearly and correctly the property information, and there where no surprises upon initial first inspection after purchase.
