Clinton was always courteous and professional. It was an anxious time for us and I sometimes felt frustrated that I couldn't reach him but he always called back by the end of the day, as his voicemail assured me he would. When it came to the final crunch with submitting our offers, there was an unexpected glitch when the vendor changed their mind but Clinton put in a lot of time and effort to get a good result for the vendor and ourselves.
