It was an ok experience Working very much for the seller and no so much for the buyer.

Nick was very helpful throughout the process of selling our house. He continually kept in touch and was always available to answer our questions.

Great selling with you Nick Thank you so much for all your help Paul Gavrilovich

As the representative for my father in the sale of the property in Poatina, Nick was very helpful in keeping us fully informed so we could get all the help we needed. Nick worked hard to get to know the local community and promoted the property very effectively.

Nick Hey is professional and friendly . He knows his job very well. and is good negotiator. In my opinion Nick is valuable asset for the Harcourt agency and I would highly recommend him to my friends in the future.

Great communicator, recommended to sell your property.

Our expirence with Nick was nothing but amazing, his knowledge on the property he was selling was 10/10. It was a smooth and easy process from the start. He made himself available on very short notice multiple time and made the purchase of our land a stree free and enjoyable time. After dealing with other agents over the years that promises the world and never deliver it was a breath of fresh air to deal with a real professional. We can’t thank Nick enough. Thanks Sam and Carly

We found Nick Hay a pleasure to work with during what was a somewhat frustrating sale of our property. He was always available if we had any questions and went above and beyond to answer them. We would highly recommend Nick to anyone considering selling their property.

Very easy to deal with, doesn’t pressure you to make a sale, knowledgable and very approachable

Most polite and helpful and patient agent we dealt with. What a pleasure.
