I am very pleased I chose Nick as our agent. He has proven to me he has the skills I would expect in any agent. His humour as well as his skills to negotiate the best outcome in this sale have been very much appreciated. A very down to earth young man who relates well with people. Thankyou Nick.
Refreshing to deal with an agent that doesn’t become a ghost once you’ve signed up. Nick kept in touch throughout the entire process of selling my property. Easy to deal with, he displayed enthusiasm and positivity. Would definitely deal with him again. 👍
Nick failed to disclose a restriction in building on over a third of the property i purchased through Hardcorts, i was only made aware during conveyancing after the contracts were signed that a large portion of the land was unavailable for any construction. Nick was asked if there was any restriction to building on the land 3 times, all answered with, as far as he was aware there where no restrictions so i trusted Nick on that seeming that things like restrictions are an important part of a sale and he would know. This leads me to my conclusion that Nick either needs to do a lot more due diligence into the property's he is representing, or that Nick misrepresented the property to gain a sale, both not a good look for Hardcorts to me.
Nick instantly came across as a very genuine and caring individual. While we were the purchasers and were kept well informed of all aspects of our purchase we still understood that Nick had the best interests of his vendor clients at the forefront of his mind. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone.
Nick was thorough, efficient, helpful and available at all times in the sale of my fathers house. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick to sell your property.
He knew the price that the house would bring, The market at the time and was hassle free, I fully recommend him to anyone!
did not follow vendors instructions (the people who pay his commission) very poor attention to detail in negotiations reported sale price on realestate.com is false and misleading
Selling in rural Tasmania is not easy. Houses in Avoca often stay on the market for over six months - even a year. Nick's sale in a very short time is testament to his abilities. I was very pleased with the result. David Arney
Nick's a great bloke and more than helpful. We look forward to doing business with him and Harcourts again in the future.
Prior to the recent purchase of my property, I was searching the housing market for over 12 months. That necessitated dealing with a considerable number of agents in that time. I was becoming somewhat disillusioned, to the point of looking in the private market. Nick's easy going, no pressure attitude, along with excellent knowledge and communication have restored my faith in the real estate market. It was a real pleasure to deal with Nick, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. In my opinion, he is the best agent I have come across.
