I was adamant that I did not want to go to auction although George recommended that I do so. In accordance with my instructions George proceeded with a “private sale”. After weeks of open inspections and offers that were way off what I wanted I relented and proceeded to auction as George advised that we should get a price by auction closer to my mark On auction day the bidding was higher then previous offers made but still off the mark.
