George provided comprehensive feedback during campaign, however, his price estimates were well below price achieved at auction. It was a welcome surprise. George suggested after the auction that his commission is increased in recognition of good auction result. The owner felt that at this point George's behaviour was unethical and unprofessional as the comission was agreed upon at the time of signing contract and was not a subject for further negotiations, suggestions or requests. It was very uncomfortable situation created by George and for that reason we would not use him or recommend him in the future.
After meeting with several other agents we knew that George would be the one who would achieve the result we needed. He has an easy going approach, excellent communication skills and is very knowledgeable. George kept us updated throughout the whole process and was always available to answer any questions we had.
