During the campaign, we've always been informed and kept up to date with all the potential buyers' feedback on every open house. This has given us a realistic view of the market and helped us make the decision on the reserved price. Also, not once, he pushed us onto a set reserved price, everything was explain carefully and it's up to us to make the decision. Before the auction day, we've been prepared with what could happen on the day so not only we know what would be the acceptable figure but also prepare for the worst.
