Thank you George for bringing us outstanding results on the sale of our home, your work ethic is amazing, your drive at achieving the successful results for the vendor is fantastic keep up the good work and i would recommend you to everyone who has plans to sell their property.
George was great to deal with communicated very well was friendly and we were please with the end result
After being dissatisfied with another firm, George rang me after I did some research on other properties in my area. He wasn't ringing me about my interest in the house I inspected so much as he also knew my house was on the market and that's where the relationship started. I was very careful about who I let sell my house the next time and got some very good advice from a close friend in Real Estate in Brisbane. George pretty much ticked every box of the things I was looking for and those he didn't managed to get ticked during the sale process. George will tell you the things you need to be told and not sugar coat it. Its then up to the vendor to deal with that information and make appropriate decisions for themselves. There are a number of people out there that will quote you unrealistic prices and I have to say getting your head out of that space once its in it has its challenges. So all up I am happy with the result and can move on with my life satisfied I got the best deal we were able to get under the circumstances.
George maintained a highly professional demeanour and a high level of integrity. He demonstrated professionalism and passion in understanding the importance of obtaining maximum sales value for our property, as well as, recognizing the current market trends and strengths. His work ethic was outstanding in securing an impressive sales result. George's high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills and informative sales knowledge exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend George as Agent.

George was grea to work with. Kept us informed of all potential buyers and their comments. Has kept in contact even after the sale to make sure settlement goes as planned.
George was very dedicated, honest, hardworking and motivated agent to achieve the best possible results for his clients. He started the selling campaign by providing me the realistic market information with recommendations. Then he worked with me throughout the process, providing me with the updates and supported me to evaluate my options. He never forced me or interfered with my decisions. Finally, he performed an extraordinary piece of work at the auction by teaming up with his auctioneer to achieve the best possible results, even after passing my reserve. It was truly amazing! I am very satisfied with the results he achieved for me and highly recommend him to anybody, who is looking for a agent to sell a property.
