Timing between finding and purchasing the property was short so dealing with agent was brief. Communication was ok. Friendly and understanding. My only suggestion would be for agent to advise vendors on the etiquette of leaving a house clean for the new owner, especially kitchen including appliances, bathroom, toilet and cupboards.
