To be honest, if there were 10 stars here, I would no doubt rate her all 10 stars any time! Here is my amazing experience with Coco being my agent of the sale. It all started with a wish - one I pictured as the best scenario for our family situation: Having 3 very young children, extremely busy life as both husband and myself working full time, building our own house at another site which we plan to move after the sale. The brief to Coco was 1. Sell at the highest price possible for similar townhouses in the estate. 2. Preferably minimal marketing expense and efforts with no need to vacate due to busy life and big family. In other words sell off market with highest price possible and minimal effort from the vendor. Who wouldn't want that? And it probably won't come true as we wondered if Coco can achieve that being her first time client. What came as a very pleasant surprise was it only took Coco couple weeks and 2 effortless private inspections we were presented an incredible offer just like how we dreamt. Of course it came as a result of Coco's magical negotiation and communication skills. Within 1 month, she nailed the brief and assisted not only us as vendor in this process but also the purchaser for them to have an equally enjoyable experience which in turn translates to things in favour of vendor. For example, Coco worked her trick to get the purchaser release the deposit straight after the contract becomes unconditional. As a multi property owner and investor for over a decade who has experienced so many agents in my property life, I believe Coco is an extremely rare find for both the vendor and the purchaser. She strives for a win win situation and will always have your interest at her heart. I would put my 120% trust in her hands over and over again.
