I have bought with Col and then chose to sell with him too. Col will make you feel like family. He is honest and hard working. I have been buying and selling property for 25 years as my husband and I renovate to sell, and not all my experiences with real estate agents have been positive. But I can highly recommend Col. It can be hard to find genuine real estate agents in the giant pool of egomaniacs and bullshit artists but Col manages to keep his feet grounded. It might be cause he surfs and that keeps him close to nature, reminds him he is part of something bigger perhaps, whatever it is, I hope he realises it’s what makes him NOT like a real estate agent, that is the reason I would choose to use him again.
