We first met Col years ago at an open house and were very impressed with his enthusiasm for the job he was doing so much so we decided to use him to sell our property without interviewing any other agents. From the very get go we knew we made the right decision his knowledge of our area and campaign structure was spot on. He knew and read the market perfectly running a fluid campaign that was outside of the standard campaign most agents offer. He worked tirelessly marketing, promoting and facilitating as many potential buyers that he could through the house.
