I chose Colin Liotta to sell my apartment after meeting with agents from most of the real estate agencies selling in West Ryde/Meadowbank. Colin seemed genuinely enthusiastic about my property, particularly when he saw it had a large private storage room, the size of a bedroom. I thought other agents just saw an apartment to sell, but I knew the storage room was a unique feature and Colin's eyes lit up when he saw it. Unfortunately I needed months to recover from an illness before I could sell, and while a more expensive rival agent badgered me to sign immediately, Colin calmly stayed in touch, checking on my health every few weeks. He came across as a good bloke. When I was ready, I signed with Colin, we went to market and he sold my apartment for a record price within a week, taking many offers, negotiating well, and keeping me well-informed all the time. The only criticisms I can make are that LJ Hooker's commission structure is somewhat expensive (though not as bad as one rival agency), and that I picked up some accidental errors in Colin's maths and spelling before we went to market. After all, his talents are as a salesman and negotiator! My apartment was sold for a great price, settlement went smoothly, and I can therefore recommend Colin.
