We met with Colleen several years ago to get advice as to what action we should take to list our property and to achieve the best price. We followed her advice and made an addition to the house, took steps to make other improvements over the estate and worked out a strategy staging the house for sale. We feel that following Colleens advice resulted in selling the property in a very difficult market for an exceptional price. Also through the listing period we had proffessional, detailed advice regarding advertising, pricing and presentation.
