We met with Colleen several years ago to get advice as to what action we should take to list our property and to achieve the best price. We followed her advice and made an addition to the house, took steps to make other improvements over the estate and worked out a strategy staging the house for sale. We feel that following Colleens advice resulted in selling the property in a very difficult market for an exceptional price. I can't recommend Colleen Brunt more highly. Colleen sold my house for me in a matter of weeks in an extremely competitive market. There were times when Colleen was at my house working late at night even on a Sunday night to get my contract signed to get the deal done whilst other agents would have waited until the next day which could have resulted in missing the sale. There was never any pressure from Colleen, she was always so courteous and thoughtful, no wonder she is so incredibly successful!
