While that may have happened in our case we are ecstatic about the whole sale process with Conal as it is refreshing to come into contact with a Real Estate salesperson of Conal's integrity, market understanding, professional conduct and no nonsense approach to his profession. We have sold several properties on the Gold Coast and Conal has made this sale the most enjoyable and happy one.

Conal Martin sold us the house in Burleigh Waters. He was very patient with us. Gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. He did not push us in any way. He gave us the confidence to buy the property. He made himself available to answer all our questions and availed us of his time. We wanted to revisit the property in the evening and he arranged the same the evening. He gave us an understanding as to what price we should make an offer for the vendor to seriously consider it, and assured us that he would also try and convince the owners to accept it, which the owners did. He kept us updated at all times. All in all we were very happy in our dealings with Conal and would not hesitate to deal with him again when the need and time arises.

We found Conal and the team very easy to work with on the sale of our home. The process was going on through a very difficult time for us, that being the loss of Jen's mum, and the team gave us plenty of space to deal with the things one needs to deal with at such times. Our sale has progressed very smoothly and we look forward to its completion in a similar professional and very cooperative manner.

We were extremely impressed with Conal and his Kingfisher team. They were efficient, positive, delightful, and 'on the case' during the short time our home at 6 Crozet Court Burleigh Waters was on the market. It was sold within days. HOWEVER, when settlement came, Conal charged us/deducted from the purchaser's deposit- for Marketing expenses which he had negotiated at the time of signing up with Kingfisher, that he would not apply . I have tried to contact him regarding this discrepancy, but am getting NO RESPONSE! So take care, once he has your property, he no longer respects his agreements and is no longer prepared to acknowledge you. Pamela and Ken Hose
