Conal was prompt and deliberate in selling my property.

With the prices that were occurring in Burleigh Heads at the time I feel that Conal priced the house too low and he could have easily placed another 50, 000 on it. I was disappointed about the way the estate agency handled the negotiations, saying that I had to sign Sunday night or there wouldn't be any deal. Ray White show the seller some offers on a sheet of paper and negotiate between seller and buyer which is more honest. When I spoke to the buyer after they moved in the buyer had never placed that stipulation that I had to sign the contract in one night of receiving it. Even though Julianne came to chat to me the next day I felt that the agency/estate agent had made an incorrect decision on how much the house was worth, rather than pressuring the seller into selling the home asap was more the goal. Would not recommend this agency to anyone in Burleigh I feel they are too greedy for the quick sale and couldn't give a toss about the person that they are working for - the seller. Sorry Conal for giving you this criticism but I just ignored the first email thinking it would be better to say nothing, but you have sent it again and so I wrote something.
