Upon meeting with Connor and his sales partner Jin, I was immediately impressed with his calm positive personalty, vast knowledge of the property market, his passion for our home and sensible suggestions for marketing the property. Our strategy, which I strongly recommend, was to price the home in the current market price range, structure ads to attract buyers in the price range and use the Premium ad package. The photo's and video produced by Fletchers Real Estate were spectacular. The photo's were realistic, and not the 'pastel’ over-photoshopped style some agents use today. The photo's depicted each room as a buyer would see them upon an inspection. The brochures and write up were boutique quality. The spectacular video includes Connor showing buyers through the home. It was like watching a TV ad. The production included eye catching aerial video showing the street area around the home. Any potential buyer could decide then and there if the area suited their lifestyle. Connor invited potential buyers to view each room and highlighted the positives of the property. The video on its own was enough to convince a serious buyer to book an inspection. And it did. Our sales campaign was limited to 30 days with a sensible price range using the popular 'Expressions of Interest' sales method. Serious interest began within a week of the campaign with 3 buyers in the mix. Connor took just 14 days to attract a family who loved the home and purchased it at the very top end of the price range.
