The overall experience with Connor has been very good with very good communication practices and exchange of information. Connor was available at odd hours as well and was always willing to work with us and help us understand the market. The house went on sale before the start of COVID-19 but the actual sale of the house was during the exceptional circumstances of COVID-19. After a lot of hard work, Connor managed to find a buyer and it was good news for us. The only reservation we have is that even after following the marketing advise and spending over $15,000 is overall marketing, we could get only one buyer at the auction. I was expecting that we would have two or more which is required for any auction to be successful. However, the overall experience has been good for us.
