Working with Conrad was an absolute pleasure. His knowledge of the area and current climate gave us confidence in his approach to the sale of our property. Conrad’s professional and knowledgeable manner was evident from our very first meeting, and his communication second to none. Highly recommended.
Conrad is the ultimate professional his knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs is exceptional. The way he marketed the property was exceptional with quality photos and a video all done professionally.Conrad is very polite and courteous to deal with.He worked hard to bring clients to see the property and always kept me informed by phone and emails.I would highly recommend Conrad if you are selling a home in the Eastern Suburbs.
Conrad was fantastic to deal with. He is efficient, honest and highly recommended.
Conrad was an honour to work with, he was available throughout the entirety of the process, and made the purchase experience smooth with all professionalism. Thanks Con and team.
Conrad knows Bondi inside out and it is the ultimate professional and gentleman. Excellent to work with and delivers great results. Thanks Conrad
We have dealt with Conrad on 3 occasions, as buyers, attempted sellers and successful sellers. Each time Conrad has been a pleasure to work with. He has always offered unbiased, honest advise. As an interstate seller, he always went the extra mile for us organising everything on the ground & making the entire process of selling seem less. I really appreciated Conrad’s friendly and professional communication.
Conrad was wonderful to work with, he is an excellent communicator and kept us up to date throughout the whole process, he was a straight shooter with honest and realistic advice which we appreciated. He managed our expectations well and was available to answer our questions at all hours - it was never too early or too late. We were impressed with him at every turn and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again in future.
We had a great experience with Conrad on the purchase! He's easy to talk to and get a hold of and he's a straight shooter with nothing being too much trouble at all. We'd highly recommend his services.
Conrad displayed his talent at the very first meeting. We went for a coffee & got to know each other. He gave me confidence that he was an experienced real estate agent. Throughout the sale process he kept me informed of updates with the current tenants & progress with inspections & interested parties. I was very happy with the price and I would certainly recommend Conrad to any potential vendor. My only negative is that unused marketing funds have not been returned to me despite my requests.
We met Conrad at an open house and were impressed by our short interaction with him. So when it came time to select our own agent to sell our home, we reached out to Conrad and his team and we are extremely happy we did! From sign on to settlement, Conrad and his associate Sasha were nothing short of professional in selling our home. Conrad was very knowledgeable about the market. We received expansive analysis throughout of ongoing leads and marketing and were kept in the loop around any interested parties along the process. Most importantly, our home sold at a price that we were happy with. We highly recommend Conrad Panebianco to anyone seeking an agent to sell their home.
Christmas brad is a professional like no other. Tge “big five” qualities he possess: 1) He closes the deal to mutually advantageous terms. 2) He is reliable, always shows up and has extra time for the “extra mike” 3) He comprehends this market is about people not properties snd focus’ on the needs people have to secure their dreams. 4) Conrad has two qualities tgat describe him best: tenacity & imagination. 5) Above all, Conrad builds long lasting relationships
We were looking to buy a house. Sasha and Conrad showed us a house offmarket. We loved the house and settled on the price. Conrad and Sasha were both warm, friendly and very helpful. Conrad made the signing of the contract as smooth as possible. We highly recommend Conrad for all buying and selling.
