I have known Conrad for several years and can say he is a warm friendly and easy to deal with agent. He knows his market extremely well and he does NOT inflate your expectations purely to get the sale as many agents do. He helped me find our development site even though it was not his property to sell and there was no financial gain for him. Conrad is very transparent and honest to deal with, and due to this, his advice to his vendors is usually very accurate when it comes to price. This results in a smooth transaction for all concerned, the way it should be, but sadly very often is not.
