Selling your home is a big decission especially when you have a 3 month timeline. After trying another agent with no progress and a big headache Conrad and his protege Leslie contacted us through gumtree as we had decided to try ourselves to sell. After 2 initial meetings we decided to go with the boys. The sign went up friday evening 1 week later it was sold. Conrad has drive,passion and in our case under promised and over delivered. What can I say about Conrad? We saw many agents before choosing him but right away he was the one that stood out. Confident, professional, and impeccably dressed. He proved to be a great listener and quickly appreciated our needs. So it didn't take long to choose him to market our property.
