Selling your home is a big decission especially when you have a 3 month timeline. After trying another agent with no progress and a big headache Conrad and his protege Leslie contacted us through gumtree as we had decided to try ourselves to sell. After 2 initial meetings we decided to go with the boys. The sign went up friday evening 1 week later it was sold. Conrad has drive,passion and in our case under promised and over delivered.
