As buyers, we found Cooper extremely friendly, prompt and professional to deal with. Cooper presented the property well, was very knowledgeable about the home and was always available to answer our questions in a timely and comprehensive manner. Being our first purchase at auction, Cooper was extremely supportive with guidance while deliberately not being "pushy". Post-sale, Cooper has also been very responsive and genuine.
