Karen had sold me the property, so we already had some rapport – so when I approached Karen for an appraisal, she really looked after me – Technically, a repeat customer! Karen provided the appraisal and it was encouraging – I knew she was the one to get the outcome I wanted. A preparation plan was made, as the property was nice but needed some aesthetic help. Karen had the contacts for all the trades and services I needed - they were all cheaper than competitors and they were AMAZING. It’s certainly more about who you know, and Karen is the one you want to know when selling a place!
