We highly recommend any property sales/purchases through Coral. From the get go, she was helpful and knew her stuff. The whole process of selling our family home was simple, fast and not an ounce stressful. No question or request we had was too much trouble for her and we felt that our needs/wants as sellers were always her priority. Thanks Coral.
Coral was very helpful in supporting us to purchase our home through her. She was very quick to respond to emails and provided good advice and suggestions to us when moving in. She arranged all the pre-purchase checks very efficiently.
Coral went above and beyond to provide support during the selling process. Would highly recommend Coral.
Coral is very approachable and dependable. Has worked very hard dealing with issues that arose along the way and got the jobs done without fuss. She kept me fully informed of the maintenance progress and updates on sale progress. I chose Coral to sell my property because she is local and understands the Dampier market.
Coral has always been a polite and efficient Agent, and I would recommend her without a second thought. I have both purchased and sold property with her as my Agent and I have been impressed with her dedication to assisting and her thoughtfulness in keeping me up to date with the progress of what was happening.
We recently purchased a property through Coral at Ray White Karratha and she made the impossible - possible! She managed the logistical challenges of FIFO, purchasing a property from a different location and helped us coordinate multiple different people to view on our behalf. Coral took the time to understand what we were looking for and let us know any time something suitable popped up. We couldn’t have found the perfect place for us without her! Highly recommend!
Coral has been very helpful with a great local knowledge for us to find a property in Karratha. She’s a good communicator and very quick in responding our requests. Highly recommend
Very professional, maintained good communication. Her help led to smooth transaction.
This is the second property sale Coral has handled over a 3 year period. Coral guided me on the right timing to place the property on the market. Again, the required price was obtained within a very short time frame. Coral is highly recommended.
Coral is a very persistent salesperson and finally got us the price we wanted despite a few false dawns. Great outcome and pleasure working with you.
Working with Coral to purchase a property was a pleasure. Coral was very approachable and nothing was any trouble. I purchased a property in Karratha while living in Perth but this was navigated without issue. Coral continues to provide support following the purchase and has been happy to assist and answer any questions throughout.
