I have had the properties in Karratha since 1988 (that is 38 years). Over these years I have had several agents and property managers looking after the properties. I met Yvonne Crofts (LJ HOKKER) in about 1990. Yvonne was very thorough in property management of the 7 units I had at the time- Yvonne was more than a property manager- we became family friends & that friendship remains to this day well after Yvonne retired. I then had North West Realty for 17 years- after all this time I realised it was time to depart NWR. So then engaged Coral Howe from Ray White Karratha to sell firstly the 5x2bed units, then 8B Goodwyn Close & now lastly 8A Goodwyn Close.
