Corey doesn't rate as an agent. We weren't going to give a review but kept getting these reminders. There was significant damage to the property that was covered up. There were promises made at inspection that were never followed through by Corey in regards to fixing the property. When it came time to pre-inspection none of the work had been done. Corey admitted he hadn't spoken or followed up with anyone for two weeks before the inspection. In our estimations it was poor form and disappointing. Real estate agents have an obligation to the vendors and sellers.
