This was the 2nd house on the Journey to buying where Corinne was our guide. From the first experience we find Corrine to be open, informative and most important to us friendly and approachable not in your grill, like some . On the day of the open home Corrine was organised and had printed on hand all the important info like rate notices etc for us to view and if she didn't know something got straight onto the owner for clarification. From the time we made the offer she guided as thru with reminders at the right times so everything stayed on track to meet timelines. We are from out of town and Corrine provided names and contact details for Pest & Building and arranged rectification. Corinne's knowledge of the Mount Cotton area and beyond is amazing and I would highly recommend you to touch base with her if you are looking for a honest ,friendly professional agent.

For us moving from a country town to city she has helped so much with knowledge of builders ect if we need and also well known in the mount cotton community . We met Corinne around 6 years ago when we were deciding to either sell or rent our home as we had upsized. We rented it out and for the past few years, kept in contact with Corinne to see what the market was doing and what the property was worth. We finally decided to sell and got the keys back on a Wednesday from the rental agent and went through the property with Corinne. She told us what we needed to do to go to market but also said she had a few buyers which could be interested and she would organise a private inspection for them first. The property was under contract by Saturday, then unconditional in less than a week. We are over the moon with the price, how quick and stress free it was, and we didn’t have to go to market! Corinne doesn’t promise you the earth. She tells it like it is, and then does everything she can to get the best result. She is brilliant with her communication and at no stage are you left wondering what is happening. Corinne not only looks after her sellers and buyers, but the Mount Cotton community as well, always hands on helping at, or sponsoring community events. She is not like any other real estate agent you will ever meet, very capable and professional, but also extremely funny. It’s always fantastic working with Corinne and we would never use anyone else.
