Corinne has given us exceptional service whilst looking for our property. Corinne is very professional, passionate for customer service, has fantastic knowledge of the My Cotton area and will go that extra mile for you! Corinne is fantastic at what she does and would highly recommender her!
If you live and love Mount Cotton, you would be silly to look to another agent to represent you in a sale or purchase. Corinne is honest and down to earth with a wonderful cheeky sense of humour. Corinne really can pride herself on being most knowledgeable and experienced in the area which has made selling in the midst of a global pandemic, national recession and during periods of home confinement seem like a breeze. Corinne is most responsive and always made herself available day or night. No question or request was too difficult for this lovely lady. She works with buyers and sellers to find that right match is always fair and achieves outcomes both parties rave about. If you are looking to buy or sell in Mount Cotton, don't go past Corinne. Her results really do speak for themselves. Do your due diligence and do yourself a favour. My next property transaction will be with Corinne regardless of which agency she is with. Corinne is #1 in my eyes!
We contacted Corinne as we had heard from others that she knew the Mount Cotton area well and had a great reputation. We advised her what we were looking to purchase and lucky for us a house fitting our criteria came up off market. Through the process we appreciated her honesty, prompt service and down to earth approach. Buying and selling a house can be stressful however Corinne helped us through the process and was pleasant to deal with. We would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase in the area.
Corinne is very well known in Mount Cotton, not just as the best real estate agent, but also for her dedication and support for the community. So when it came to choosing an agent to sell our home, we didn't speak to anyone else. We came on the market just before the pandemic hit and had one open home before they were disallowed. Two weeks after open homes could be held again, Corinne secured a contract for us. A few problems came up to prevent us from going unconditional, but Corinne had all the local contacts and took care of everything for us. She reassured us as well as our buyers that everything would be alright, kept us laughing when we were stressed, and got us over the line. We will be forever grateful. Thank you, Corinne.
Corinne was helpful from the beginning when we showed interest in the house. During the contract process, there was quite a big issue with B & P. Corinne organised the tradespeople to get the problem rectified and kept us in the loop at all times. She has been available whenever we had any questions and has gone above and beyond for both us and the sellers. We can see why she is the No. 1 Agent in Mount Cotton. Corinne is not only extremely personable, she is also very professional.
After researching for the best agent for our property, we decided to go with Corinne at LJ Hooker Cleveland. We could not be happier with our experience. Corinne quickly found us the ideal buyer that suited our property’s profile perfectly and negotiated the sale of our property before it went to market. We found Corinne to be very helpful and eager to give us the best results. She was honest and up front with the associated costs with selling and listened to our expectations and concerns. During the negotiations with the sale, we found Corinne invaluable in providing her experience and professionalism on how to achieve the best price and settlement terms for us. We would highly recommend Corinne to anyone looking to purchase or sell their property. Corinne made the experience easy and straightforward with little to no stress. Angela & Andrew Ludwig
Corinne is a very pleasant and helpful person. She succeeds to be fair to both seller and buyer of a property. Corinne is by far the best agent we have ever dealt with. She went out of her way to accommodate us as we had limited time in Brisbane. Even after we came back to Rockhampton, she kept in touch to settle any queries that we had. When we move to Mount Cotton, I envisage becoming good friends with her and her husband. Dr. Zeilinga
Corinne has repeatedly gone above and beyond to not only sell our house, but to make sure it was the most stress free and smooth sale for all parties involved. Corinne has always been there to answer any question I have, even if it’s late at night or in the early hours of the morning. I love that Corinne is very professional, honest and extremely funny and she has become a great friend to all my family.
I have visited a few of Corinne's listings in the last 12 months and at each of them she was always very friendly, informative and gave me the time of day from the get-go when I was a bit unsure on what I wanted when I first started looking at homes. She was also very flexible with arranging private inspections on short notice which as someone with an unforgiving schedule was fantastic. With this property it was no exception - we went under offer the day I looked at the home and the whole process has been carried out to the letter since that day with no hiccups or issues. She is definitely a go-getter and will investigate or attend to a matter without hesitation as she has done multiple times throughout my experience. In summary, you will not find an agent as warm and approachable as Corinne, and her exceptional attention to detail and professionalism only complements this further. Thanks again for selling me my first home Corinne!
We were so impressed with Corinne at every point of the buying process. We couldn't have asked for a better, more responsive and attentive agent. If we could custom build an agent Corinne would be it! She is so thorough, engaging, professional, kind, genuinely caring and 100% committed. She is passionate about her work and it shows. Such a pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend ++
When making the decision to sell our home, the only person I contacted was Corrine, as I knew she would be the best. I was not disappointed! Corrine was very honest when valuing the property and when it came to marketing she supplied all the props and was there to instruct the photographer which (when working in sales) I have never seen done before. Not only did she manage to get the house under offer on the day of the first open home, she negotiated a better deal which was unexpected! From listing to day of settlement Corrine has been there for me not only as a agent but as a friend. If you want someone that is honest, hardworking and makes selling your home fun, call Corrine!
Corinne’s communication is excellent. She is always available to discuss any finer details and nothing was too difficult for her
