So this is the THIRD house Corinne has sold for us, each one selling in less time than the one before, but this is not the impressive part. We listed with another agent first (attribute this to temporary loss of mental faculties), and the property was on the market for 72 days, with only one offer a few weeks prior to Christmas. We rejected the offer, took the property off the market and launched it again with Corinne at the end of January after she forgave us (lots of begging) for not giving her the listing first. Corinne once again performed her magic and made our home look stunning in the marketing photos. Within an hour of the property going online, Corinne received a request for a private inspection which culminated in a contract over list price.
