We met Corinne 18 months ago when we received a brochure in our mail box introducing herself to our area. Corinne is such a hard working Agent. We did everything Corrine recommended and Corinne did everything she said she would do. Corinne is very dedicated, professional and passionate. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Corinne has a very good eye for style and presentation. Her energy is infectious.
Wow, what an amazing lady Corinne is. We brought a house in Mt Cotton from her recently and when looking at houses around the area, we found that all her homes were so well presented. As our purchase was subject to the sale of our home, it was such a stressful time for us, and Corrine was always there to answer our questions and support us through the process. I can honestly say that if we ever look at selling we will use her as our agent.
On behalf of myself, my daughter and son-in-law, we would like to commend Corinne for her exceptional efforts in the sale of our two properties and the purchase of our wonderful new home. Corinne has worked tirelessly from the moment we engaged McGrath. Our first property sold at the first open house followed by our second property selling at our fourth open house. Corinne is by far the most reputable, respectable, exemplary, conscientious agent we have ever dealt with.
My first encounter with Corinne was over the phone. We had already signed a rental tenancy application, sombrely resigning ourselves to not finding our new home in time. And there she was…a friendly, bright and energetic spark in the darkness! She took the time to genuinely understand our circumstances. A beautiful and generous soul, bubbling with happiness, frenetic optimism and untameable enthusiasm, I wish we could bottle her : )
We have recently purchased a property through Corinne Guterres of McGrath Estate Agents, Cornubia. We cannot recommend her enough. The whole process has been seamless and we have found that through the journey of purchasing our family home, Corinne was not only a real estate agent, she became a friend and someone we could talk to and trust... And trust is something we couldn't get from many of the other agents that we have dealt with along our journey.
Corinne recently sold our house in Mount Cotton (another record sale for the area btw!) and we could not be happier. The first thing you will notice about Corinne is how caring and genuine she is when taking on the sale of your biggest asset. Corinne gave us invaluable advice and support in preparing our house for our listing, which in the end assisted a fantastic sale.
Corinne was truly excellent. The care and advice provided from the start gave us the best chance of getting the best price which she achieved. Selling acreage after it's been tenanted for 4 years was a big task to get it back up to looking wonderful, but Corinne was there every step of the way with encouragement and advice. You couldn't wish for a better partner to help you sell your home. Her down to earth, pragmatic approach was refreshing and realistic. Just a fantastic real estate experience with Corinne from start to finish.
