Experienced, patient and knowledgeable
Cos Rando is an experienced seasoned realtor who guided us through this very stressful time. We had lived in our home for 33 years so had no idea what to expect when selling. He was very patient, always available to explain things. There was never any pressure, he always was fair and treated us with respect. He was aware of the by-laws and what should be included in offers. Every step of the way was explained so there were no shocks or surprises.
