Costa was exemplary. From the moment we met him, his confidence, market insight and clear strategy stood out from the other agents we interviewed. We took his advice and ended up selling under the hammer on auction day, a rare occurrence in this market. Costa was a craftsman on the day, extracting every last bid from the two parties and ensuring the increments remained high without letting the smaller bids commence too early. I’ve honestly never seen an auctioneer do that and it worked tremendously well.
