Costa was excellent at giving prompt feedback and advice. My husband and I originally bought the apartment through Costa so I was happy to use him again, and we let the apartment out using the same company. My only concern was at times he tends to speak very quickly, dolling out heaps of valuable information which is sometimes hard for us older people to keep up with. I appreciated his enthusiasm nevertheless, and was able to comprehend his sales strategies.
