I couldn’t make any of the open inspection, and Costa waited for me for 1h to let me view the place. He also followed up immediately after and was always available to speak via phone or respond to my questions via email or text. Costa went far beyond the call of duty. When damage was caused to the unit which was a body corporate issue he helped with following up the process with the Body Corporate and Insurance Company. Costa was always willing to give advice and all information required i.e upgrading, price comparisons and more, being realistic and hopeful.
