Costa Karabatsos sold our place in Oakleigh on the weekend. He is a young, professional agent that knew the market, understood our needs and advised us accordingly to get a great outcome. He communicated with us often throughout the campaign especially right after an open. He has a friendly nature and puts you at ease through this stressful time. Well done Costa and thank you again!
Costa was personable, professional, efficient and enthusiastic as an agent, yet also realistic in terms of expectations of sale...or not, which was informed by his knowlege of the market. He was prompt attending to my queries as well as communicating about outcomes of Open for Inspections, timeliness for refurbishment and all details in the selling process. I was really happy with sale outcome. In general I felt safe in his hands.
Costa was wonderful to work with. He always rang when he said, communicated promptly via email, was realistic about my property, its value and market forces impacting sale and was experienced and knowledgeable about real estate in general.
Costa provided a great service with my recent purchase - he was responsive & a did great job of keeping me informed & facilitating my offer being addressed quickly. Thank you.
I have sent Costa playback .In essence I was delighted with Belle and Costa
Costa was wonderful to work with on the sale of our appartment in St Kilda. He communicated well and was professional and prompt. Thanks Costa!
Costa Karabatsos was friendly, honest, and open in all our dealings with him during our purchase. We would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a reputable real estate agent.
Costa was great! We were kept informed all through the selling process and we felt he always had our best interest at heart.. five stars with us Thankyou Costa
I couldn’t make any of the open inspection, and Costa waited for me for 1h to let me view the place. He also followed up immediately after and was always available to speak via phone or respond to my questions via email or text. Costa was very professional and supportive, it made everything so much easier for me.
Could not recommend Costa enough. We had our apartment on the market for a year with a different agent/company without ever receiving one offer, regular updates or feedback. Costa reached out to us and we are so greatful he did. He left no stone unturned and managed to sell our property within 6 weeks. His knowledge and work ethic really stood out. Nothing was to hard and his communication with us was excellent. Would give him more then 5 stars if it was a option!!
