Courtney recently sold us a house on Moolanda Blvd in Kingsley. It wasn't the first offer we'd put on a place, but it was the first time the agent had invited us into an office (at an afterhours time that suited us, I'll add) to go through the paperwork, and not just sent as a docusign link. We actually got pipped on our first offer, but Courtney was very clear with our options and even though that round we couldn’t up our offer, was incredibly courteous and generous with her time. When the other offer fell through, we were able to meet a price that everyone could agree on. This was due in no small part to her brokering and I honestly believe she worked as hard as she could to get the house sold and keep all parties happy. Our settlement was very fast, and she was very quick to help with any questions we had, many of which were not actually part of her remit. Aside from an excellent level of professionality, both my wife and I found Courtney extremely relatable and personable. If I were to sell a house in the future, I’d be sure to see if Courtney was available. We were never unsure about what we needed to do or where we stood when working with Courtney, she was clear, professional and forthcoming.
